- Cancelled – The request was closed before fulfillment, either manually or due to a change in circumstances.

The Asset Request record page includes several feautures to support tracking and management:
- Asset Transfers – Displays transfers initiated to fulfill the request.
- Status Description – A rich-text field for admins to document notes or reasoning for current status.
- Stakeholders Overview – Clearly shows the assigned Asset Admin, Recipient, and Sender.
- Recipient Asset Units – Shows a list of Asset Units currently assigned to the selected Asset Recipient, helping asset admins verify existing allocations.
