- One-Click Disposal: A new “Asset Disposal” button is now conveniently located directly on the Asset Unit record page, allowing agents to initiate workflows instantly.
- Smart Prevention: To prevent costly administrative errors, the system now automatically blocks the disposal of assets that are currently in “Repair” or “Warranty” status. This ensures that assets under coverage are never accidentally retired.
A Dashboard Built for Clarity
Data is only as good as your ability to read it. We have redesigned the ITAM Dashboard with a more intuitive, user-friendly interface. The updated visual hierarchy ensures that stakeholders—from IT helpdesk staff to CIOs—can grasp key metrics at a glance.
